It is in you, despite how you see yourself or what opinions others hold of you.

Worthless. Awkward. Undeserving. Rejected. Faulty. Can’t.

If these are the words you describe yourself with, you would be surprised to know that a whole bunch of skills lie within you, within your grasp that others have to train for years to achieve!

What skills, you make ask. Well, these are your facts-

- There is an inner voice in you that you ALWAYS listen to. And, studies say, this voice is utter intelligence. Not only that but this intelligence within you is on a constant race.

- You are a good observer. You can easily concentrate your energies to one thing. You can tune in and out with ease.

The downfalls:

- You have turned this intelligence against you. You trained it for years to be negative. The waves you generate that should help you sail faster, are drowning you.

- You concentrate your energies on all reasons that lead to failure.

A Scientific fact-

Psychologists say we have an average of 20,000 thoughts in our mind per day. If you are a regular negative person, at least half of these thoughts are negative too. Your brain is a child and 10,000 times a day you tell it stuff like- “You are incompetent and stupid.” “You can’t even speak right.” “Why can’t you just be enough for once!”

As a matter of fact, that little child of a brain does as said!

Which simply means-

You are the only thing stopping yourself. You have no right to blame the world for doing you wrong.

How to not become the antagonist of your own life?

You will suffer in life no matter what. But the fun part is, you can choose your sufferings. Make the choice.

Here is the little trick-

1. What would your perfect healthy wealthy self look like? What would it feel like? Think in absolute details, what is the perfect YOU? Imagined? Good.

2. Then, let all the negative thoughts pour in. Let them hit one by one. Only this time as they come to you, write them down or type them somewhere. Again do it in detail.

3. Then write down the opposite of all the negative stuff you have written. It doesn’t have to be You yet. Example- : “I make so many mistakes every day.” To “I do so many things well.”

4. Read the positive every day. Read it like your life depends on it. Remember it like a mantra, every day frequently between tasks, during breaks, when you laugh or cry, when you travel.

5. Do it until it is embedded in your body, your heart, your spirit. Take all the time in the world to do this, because you do have time.

Once you have done all of this. Once you have made up your mind on “What YOU are” , “How YOU will be that” will gracefully follow.

Then you come back and leave a comment for me.
